Our history
FABMEC was founded in 2004 after securing its first contract. In the years that followed, the company entered a period of strong growth, marked by a three-phase expansion of its manufacturing facility. This momentum continued with the expansion of its administrative offices in 2013, the construction of a dedicated aluminum welding shop in 2014, and the acquisition of a CNC cutting table in 2015.
Since then, FABMEC has continued to invest in innovation and capacity. The company added several pieces of advanced equipment, including a cutting robot in 2018, and expanded its facilities again in 2022. FABMEC has also strengthened its internal operations by streamlining processes and welcoming international workers to support its growing team.

- 2013: Upgrades to the Rapides des Quinze dam
- 2013: Upgrades to the Maibec sawmill complex
